Our Private Tibetan Bowl Sound Healing is an hour of stillness for you alone, or for you and the people you choose to share it with. Traditional metal bowls produce warm, resonant tones rich in layered overtones. The sound is grounding rather than bright: it draws your attention down out of your thoughts and back into your body. What to expect • A private session for one to four guests. • You lie back comfortably and close your eyes. No experience of meditation is needed. • The bowls are played around you in slow, steady waves; you feel the deep tones as much as you hear them. • Breathing slows, the shoulders drop, and the mind stops reaching for the next thing. • A gentle return at the end, so you leave settled and clear.
