Our signature treatment, and the one that says most about who we are. Mystic Siamese Rejuvenation brings three Thai healing traditions together in one unhurried two-hour ritual: the pressure and stretching of traditional Thai massage, the warmth of a steamed herbal compress, and a flowing oil massage with Thai jasmine rice oil. Most spas in Phuket ask you to choose between Thai massage and oil massage. We designed this treatment for guests who want both – the deep release of one and the melting calm of the other – in a sequence where each stage prepares the body for the next. The ritual 1. Thai pressure, to open. Palms and thumbs work up the legs and along the lines beside the spine; forearms and elbows ease the shoulders. No oil yet – this is where tension is found and unlocked. 2. Rice oil massage, to soften. Warm Rice for Life oil – Thai jasmine rice bran oil with jasmine, rosemary, peppermint and frankincense – is worked into the back, shoulders, neck and arms with long, connected strokes. 3. Herbal compress, to melt. A steamed bundle of Thai herbs is pressed and rolled over the back, shoulders, arms and legs. The heat sinks in, the scent rises, and muscles that resisted pressure simply let go. 4. Stretches, to free. Face up, your legs and hips are worked the Thai way and stretched in gentle stages, followed by the arms and hands. 5. A quiet ending. A scalp massage, a hot towel at the neck – and one last press across the shoulders before you sit up, slowly.
