Easy Day is exactly what it sounds like: a warm bath, a long massage, and a little over two hours in which nothing at all is expected of you. It is one of the simplest packages on our menu, and one of the most restful. Warm water slows you down first, so that by the time the massage begins your body is already halfway to letting go. The ritual • Milk bath or bubble bath – 45 minutes. Slide into warm water and let the day dissolve. Choose a silky milk bath that leaves the skin soft, or a bubble bath for simple, childlike pleasure. Either way, this is your time: no phone, no schedule, nowhere to be. • Aroma Therapy Oil Massage – 90 minutes. Warm and relaxed from the bath, you move to the massage bed for an hour and a half of long, slow, flowing strokes with the scented oil of your choice – from the legs to the back, shoulders, arms and hands, finishing with a head massage. Ninety minutes gives your therapist time to linger wherever you need it most.
